With a focus on empowering agents, the company offers professional transaction coordination, social media marketing, and client outreach services—ensuring that when agents need support, they have an expert team behind them.

Ericka built this company so she could hire incredible people to do what they do best—allowing her to return to her greatest passion: serving clients. Her experience spans new construction, certified resale homes, and commercial real estate. Her impressive track record includes work with major entities such as the Pasco School District, and the City of Kennewick, along with extensive land development exceeding 1,000 lots and over 1,800 closed transactions, totaling more than $1 billion in sales volume.

During her leadership at Keller Williams Tri-Cities, the brokerage ranked #1 in agent count, transactions, and total volume in addition to being ranked in the top 1% in leadership within the KW franchise. Today, Ericka continues to lead by example—partnering with top professionals throughout the Tri-Cities to help them build stronger, more profitable businesses.

Outside of real estate, Ericka coaches top agents, enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, and recharges near the water—whether at home or at their lake trailer on Badger Lake. She’s the first to say she has been blessed with success but remains grounded and grateful. Above all, she loves Jesus with all her heart, and He remains her #1 priority in life.
